What We Offer

Peer Support Groups

Join others who understand what it's like to live with ADHD. Our friendly, facilitated groups meet regularly across the region — in person and online. No referral needed.

  • Leicester – Face-to-face evening group, first Wednesday of the month (7–9pm), Gateway College

  • Virtual – Online group, second Monday of the month (6:30–8:30pm)

  • Loughborough – Daytime group, third Thursday of the month (10am–12pm)

  • Rutland – Coming soon

Who Is This For?

This service is open to any adult in Leicester, Leicestershire or Rutland who:

  • Has a diagnosis of ADHD, or

  • Is on a waiting list for assessment or treatment, or

  • Suspects they may have ADHD and is looking for support

Meet the Team

Ian Hall – ADHD Specialist Facilitator

Ian has years of experience supporting adults with ADHD across Leicester and Leicestershire. He facilitates our psychoeducation workshops and peer support groups, bringing his expertise and a warm, practical approach to every session.

Katherine Lewis – Support Group Facilitator

Katherine brings extensive experience in facilitating peer support groups and working directly with neurodivergent adults. She has been instrumental in delivering well-attended ADHD support sessions across Leicestershire, supporting individuals both pre- and post-diagnosis.

Cogs AI

Cogs AI is a neurodiversity-focused technology company and the lead organisation for this service. Cogs AI coordinates service delivery, manages referrals and registration, and provides participants with access to the Cogs app — a tool designed specifically to support adults with ADHD in daily life.

This service is commissioned by Leicester City Council, funded by the Integrated Care Board (ICB), and delivered in partnership with Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT).
